Pruning Crew Member

Reports to: Pruning Supervisor

Supervises: N/A

Responsibilities

  • Loads, unloads plant materials
  • Drives company vehicles to and from jobs.
  • Hand Prunes and maintains landscape plantings. Removes clippings.
  • Completes end of day paperwork
  • Performs other duties as required

Education/ Experience

Previous landscaping experience a plus but not required

Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities

  • Basic plant knowledge (will train)
  • A valid state driver license with good driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry object 40-80 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitious manual labor
  • Ability to stoop, stand, walk and bend for 8 hours or more a day
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather
  • Quality customer service
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision following training
